By using Lift 51: Garage Tycoon and lift51.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.
1. The service
Lift 51 is a tycoon game played in the browser (and later on mobile devices). The version that is live today is a test build: features may change, progress may be reset and the service may be interrupted.
2. Account
The game creates an anonymous account. Access to it depends on your device and browser. If you clear browser data or switch devices you may lose access to your progress. You must not share your account with others.
3. Virtual items and currencies
Cash, diamonds, research points and similar virtual items in the game have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. In the test build, purchases and ads are mocked. If real purchases are offered in a mobile release, separate terms and store rules will apply.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use cheat software, automation tools or exploits to disrupt the game or other players’ experience
- Overload our servers, try to bypass security or attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the game beyond what the law allows
- Use insulting, hateful or illegal text as a player or shop name
We may restrict or delete accounts that break these rules without notice.
5. Intellectual property
The game’s code, visuals, characters, story, music, sounds, name and logo belong to Lift 51 and are protected by copyright. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to play the game for personal, non-commercial use. The “Lift 51” name and logo may not be used without permission.
6. Content you enter
You allow us to use the text you enter, such as player and shop names, to run the game. You must not enter content that violates the rights of others or the law.
7. Third parties
The game uses service providers such as Supabase for infrastructure. Their outages or changes may affect the service. See the Privacy Policy for how data is processed.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that progress will never be lost. Especially in the test build there may be bugs and data resets.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot be limited by law remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop playing at any time. We may close your access if you break these terms or if we end the service.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current text is published on this page. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rights where you live remain unaffected.
